One of the earliest levels has the blue key inside of this scrappy robot. The only problem is that he has NEVER been defeated and is getting stronger! Nobody even knows what's behind the blue door anymore and the kill count keeps climbing! #characterdesign #robot

After finally managing to capture a mythical phoenix after multiple failed attempts, Jim now swings the bird as a fiery basher and can almost control the ensuing firestorm! Shame that the phoenix hunt almost killed poor Jim and left him extra crispy! #characterdesign

After being bitten by three werewolves simultaneously, this unlucky soul now has the awkward strength of three werewolves! The transformation lasts three times longer as well but he's now even more susceptible to silver! Even something cheap or plated deals damage!
The Withering Knight!
This warrior always ended up with the most cursed loot. The Withering Helmet, Sadfish Shield, Brain-dead Bracelet, and many others. Luckily he found the Inverse Amulet recently that inverted his tragically weakened state into a incredibly powerful one!
Book Wild!
A book filled to the brim with writing so bad that it took on a mind of its own and started writing itself! Now it's armed with a prose-pistol and can dole out the dull and confusing words whenever it pleases, bolstering its body of work while blasting adversaries!

It's another awesome aquatic adversary from those dockside destroyers, The Portholes! The muscly Maulluscus wields a staggering amount of dangerous gang weapons among his nicotine fueled tentacles and is always up for a nasty fight! #characterdesign

A powerful ghost-witch refusing to pass over into the other realm with the aid of her spirit sucking Soul Hydrant! After annihilating mortals, she sucks out their escaping spirits to keep her wraith form healthy, lasting longer and ready to slay another day!
Starsolder!
Connecting the cosmos by soldering the very stars together! Spacetime and the continuum get absolutely trashed by power struggles and casual time travel so Starsolder is here to fix what he can and deal with the unrepairable with his soldersword and float-belt!
The Leaver!
Combining a horrific spine-o-ratchet with an amalgamation of cursed tissue has resulted in this cowering cretin! Initially far too chicken-hearted to become dangerous, a lever was installed in its back to give some temporary backbone with a quick yank of the handle!
