Shufflepuck Cafe on the Amiga can be a tricky one to play if you have an accelerated machine. As best as I can tell, unless you have a 7MHz CPU, it's just gonna run too fast - even if it's patched with WHDLoad. 😐 But if you can get it to work, it's a pretty good air-hockey game.
@JudgeDrokk It was quite an early one I believe. Without WHDLoad patching it would only work on Kickstart 1.1 machines? 🤔 Been a while since I tried it, coz I tried it and thought it was okay, but the man lacked some of the expressions and variation in speed of the C64 one, so felt robotic.
@Indie_RetroNEWS @Kitsuagi @ClassicReplay @Commodore_lives @hayesmaker64 @RetroGamingRVG @TheRetroAsylum @retrograde77 Wow.
Strong Sacred Armour of Antiriad vibes here.
Which is a good thing. 😁
@PrinceWatercres @Kitsuagi @1creditclassics I always knew it as BC Kid ...
One day I will get used to this Bonk name.
(Which I must admit, kinda makes more sense.) 😁

@rexthedogge I never played any of the computer conversions. But I have played the original game a fair bit in MAME. It's one of those brilliant Atari games that reminds us just how much weed was being smoked in those offices. 😋
@rexthedogge Though the C64 version didn't look anywhere near as cool as the arcade game, I did spend a huge amount of time on it. 👍 A lot of fun if there is a second person in play to help out. 🕹️

@RoRamsay @newIapetus I love it when people hand-draw pixel art.
This one is exceptionally good. 👍
@yorecomputer {Looks at Lemon 64}
Wow, 1986 really was a good year for games.
There was Ultima IV too, that took up the vast majority of my game-time. But yeah, a lot of good titles for sure. 👍
@cSportDriving Love that wide-open desert view.
Looks gorgeous. 👍
🤔 Are there tumbleweeds?
I just ask .. I wasn't a fan. 😋
