@HeartofNeon1 Iridis Alpha is one of Jeff Minter's best shoot-em-ups on the C64. Fast, with many conflicting tasks to worry about, you really had to be in 'the zone' to be playing this effectively. And he seemed to have mastered his ability to throw sprites all over the screen with abandon. 😁
@C64Reloaded Loved International Soccer ⚽️ .. also loved International Basketball. 🏀 Oddly enough, I never tried International Tennis 🎾 despite seeing the glowing review in Zzap!64. 🤔 Probably coz I never gravitated towards sports games, and already had Match Point, which was okay. 👍
@Segamastertim I have to find this side-two version of Karateka now .. this is brilliant. 👍
@Commodore_lives @AmigaRetweets I was so so addicted to Ninja 1 and 2, before I got the Amiga. 🤔 ..I don't know what it was about Ninja 3. It never grabbed me somehow.
@WebDesignerBen @rexthedogge Ah, you got foiled by an inventory bug eh?
I sat down for my great play-through of the whole game .. was determined to do it .. got further than ever .. then the code-sheet check. There are mistakes in that code sheet. 😮 I was stuck. (Many swear-words were shouted that night) 😐
@PixelAmbacht Yeah.
This is what I like about the new 8-bit games.. people aren't trying to use all 16 colours on every screen, and dither the colours everywhere. They find a nice simple art style, and it just looks super super cool. 😎
