「本当に戦争がお望み？」
の箇所で、ふいに別役実の戯曲「象」を思い出した。考えてみたら、この作品は別役実作品に似てる。郵便局のシーンとか。
別役実が読みたくなった。

『ハコヅメ』23巻読了。第一部完
不起訴になった性犯罪のエピソードが辛い。牧高さんの涙が辛い。性犯罪が不起訴となったり事件化されなかったりするたびに、被害者とともに警察官も悔しい思いをしてるんだと分かる。被害者に寄り添ってきた警察官が悔しくないはずない。

この本のポイントはなんといっても「ただの」一匹の人狼にスポットライトを当てたところでしょう。アルファでもベータでもない。エンフォーサー（昔のガンマ）でもない。ただの人狼。その代替不可能なかけがえのなさ。
