I love this Brazilian cover by French studio TwoDots. Take away the Star Wars connection and you've still got an evocative cover that would make me check out the book. This art screams star-spanning adventure with a hint of romance. Space opera at its finest.

thinks Mark Schultz's Pulp Siren chose style over function for her rocket boots. Hint: the designer should have an engineering background rather than fashion, because you never know when you'll need them to escape from an alien cyclops. Great pulp adventure setup, tho

Are you pining for space-faring action after all the Star Wars references lately? SciFiDaily has your back. I recommend Runners - The Comic by Sean Wang. It's an exciting sci-fi adventure set in a fascinating universe. Check it out in print or digital.

notes that skintight is a spacesuit safety measure. Suit tears will self-seal against the skin giving the wearer time to reach safety or apply a patch. Here, a brave trio from spacesuit QA put the latest design through its paces, and look good doing it. Safety first!

loves Mark Schultz's artwork. I've posted more of it to than here, but this one is solidly sci-fi. The strange creature and the woman's spacesuit imply this is an alien world, but one with pyramids. Coincidence or home to the chariots of the gods?

presents Michael Whelan's cover for Alan Dean Foster's first contact novel, "Nor Crystal Tears." It's a favorite, and should be high on the list of any fan of Foster's Humanx books. The cover promises a thoughtful story, and the book delivers. Recommended.

goes pulp with this 1950 Amazing cover. I couldn't discover the artist's name, but the cover composition—with muted colors, no specific scene, and story elements surrounding a central character—is decades ahead of its time. It's a truly beautiful cover.

On the 17th day sharing my paintings for , "Ellomyr" begins as a tiny village in the wilderness with a strange stone at its center called the Trilling Shard....

Day 9 sharing my art!

Tis the mighty "Cragworm", a rather thorny variant on its more familiar cousins, the and the mindworm. Arguably the apex predator of the Numenera wilds.

enjoys sharing science fiction based comics when I find them. This one isn't as funny as Aria 51 from last week, but it combines two major science fiction movie franchizes for a chuckle. And if we can't laugh at the things we love, we're taking life too seriously.
