I'm at 120k poly. The coat is at 50k cause I have to add more stuff but assuming I bring it down to 5k, I would have 75k poly. Would haveto remove atleast 15k more. Face is at 20k and hands at 4k but I really don't want to remove poly there for animations later on.y games so hard

Okay, just converted the eyes from LBP2 real quick. They're actually different and higher poly. There may be some hope. First one is LBP2. Second is the low poly one

Day 1 of Substance Painter/Props training:
1184 poly. Managed to cut it down to 700 afterwards.

I forgot how far I got on this model. I didn't realize that I had even baked his sculpt to a low poly.

Todo: Give him wings, re-surface the swords, and clean up some stuff (like his feet) in the rig.

Another important thing I didn't mention: How they do animations. They use a low poly and high poly models. They do the animations using the low poly model and then project the high poly models on it. On the left, the low poly. On the right, the real model.

hmm.. I like this in-between of low and high poly. I started with the square and divided it a couple times to get a rough head and vague landmarks for the face, then subdivided a few times and took it over into the Sculpt mode.. also I painteded it>3>

Doing some digging as Penny got a new model in 13.30, and turns out, the new model is 6,212 more tris than the old model, from what I'm seeing, the extra tris went into making her tools look better, and her hair a little better too, but some stuff is lower poly.

Some progress on my Dagger. The original concept, low poly, and high poly. Just have to finish up touching up the high poly, texture, and export the normals.
