Stylized assets are timeless, cute and always lowpoly. Check out this armchair - it has a low polycount whilst still looking super sophisticated and stylish 🛋️

Take a look at Pearl’s model, our character that lives in the 90's, this is the high poly that we will be using just like the previous character to make bake with our lowpoly.

Modeling is fun. Texturing is mostly fun.
Rendering and model presentation? A goddamn chore and I loathe it.

The model on the left is 630 tris, and it's my first attempt and remaking hipoly into lowpoly.

Here's another update on Isle. I've finished retopoing, unwrapping and baking. Here's some quick renders (no lighting) from marmoset to show off the bakes on the lowpoly. Onto texturing!

Then, joining the grip with the highpoly and baking it onto the lowpoly. I couldn't really decide on one grip pattern, so I made 9 of them.

Bonjour j'ai fais un truc moche en suivant la 3D de mon prof. Un PC des années 90 en lowpoly. Je déteste toujours autant la 3D sinon...

"Basileus" was the final Dead Lord for 2. He got "enbuffened" to fit a different rig in lowpoly. So the sculpt itself is scrawny and doesn't match the final game proportions.
