@Brushwolf @BasiliskOnline @Smatterbrain It’s actually extremely possible thst this did happen! Carnotaurus and other abelisaurids had tiny wittle hands, with extreme mobility. Since it was so small it couldn’t be used for fighting of hunting, it most likely was used for mating displays: https://t.co/aNSis2QELf
The Past Dictates The Future~
Little tribute to outdated raptors (+ old depictions of dinosaurs in general), because i love them. I myself draw feathered dromaeosaurids left and right, but i find the retro critters still cool, nevermind any inaccuracy. 🦖
Lythronax argestes female. One of the females that I enjoyed the most paiting in this Tyrannosaurids series 😄 show her some love 😁
@CorrieZodori He's a speculative therizinosaurid! A bit smaller, fit for forests and a more omnivorous lifestyle closer to falcarius but still holding that upright posture. The feathers are based on the king of saxony bird of paradise for display!
I was inspired today to do a few sketches of Qianzhousaurus, one of my favorite Tyrannosaurids, because of the wonderful last episode of season 1 #PrehistoricPlanet I hope everyone feels inspired by this amazing docuseries!
New Pliosaurid! It's been so long since a new taxon has been named, congratulations to Ketchum and Benson for naming the taxon. Seems to be named " Eardasaurus powelli", and is closest to other genera such as Peloneustes or "Pliosaurus andrewsi".
@FelkinMak Big brain grad boy gets to be a big brain dino boy! Pyroraptor olympius was a member of the Dromaeosaurid family, well known for having the biggest brains of the dinosaurs. Just so you don’t get too big for your britches, know they were only half a meter tall!
“S” stands for “Spinosaurids.” Have the 3 most popular Spinosaurids; Sbaryonyx, Suchomimus, and Spinosaurus (from top to bottom).

@TheDarknix @TheNewArtistGR @Paco26862358 @Sergestus4 @skeletaldrawing Naturally this is totally subjective and I say this out of respect for the project and the artist.
But for me, the "lips" of spinosaurids like Baryonyx really don't particularly appeal to me.
Although in this species I think they fit quite well.
A synchronized swarm spearheaded by a stegosaurid carries out coordinated combat on your crew, what do you do!? 😱

Painted a creature based on body plant of a dromaeosaurid and also taking some inspiration from green macaw and cassowary for its color schemes and head crest.
