Here's a great example of our workflow with Sally McRally from VHR.

comes up with a concept, makes a quick sketch with ink. Usually very small to limit unnecessary details.

creates a sprite based off of the sketch, boom!

Lineart is my least liked stage when it comes to drawing, it's just too tedious for my soul but my workflow is lineart reliant so I have to suffer AAAA

A quick drawing I did today. Testing simplification and workflow for the comic. I've been so busy at my new job I haven't had much time to draw. I will be working on finishing up the outline for my comic soon. (Time to go read 300 regulatory compliance documents... x_x )

I seriously underestimated the Auto IK and the Face Rigger addons. I rigged 9 FighterZ models in a span of 1 HOUR. Even though the actions are the same and I need to do the normal editing on them, I think I'm on the right path in terms of improving my animation workflow. ✌️

I'll just hijack this thread for my traditional paintings since it's already here.

Getting a better hang on mixing colours and how to get the brushstrokes I want.

Still shaky on detailing and a proper workflow, it's really hard to switch to working from light to dark.

In Clip Studio, I just loaded the palette image in Sub View, color picked from it, and used a single brush for all of it. One layer for pencils, one for paints.

Piss simple workflow. I like keeping things honest and clean and repeatable.

I'm starting to understand the workflow ! Gotta stop now though, I have some English lessons to give.

I’ve actually finished something for once o.O
I bought brushes and tutorial, and I just love everything! I’m surprised by how fast the workflow is compared to how I usually paint, but it was nice! Thank you for making such great resources! ^^

Workflow on the mask was semi cheating utilising the mesh of my balaclava as a base and modifying it

Trying out some different workflows to help with quick concepts that I can paint into. Thanks to my buddy Ehsan for the help!

Thanks for this thread, I guess the bad habit in my workflow is I draw so long at night. I can choose do draw at more convenient hours on my free time. But I mostly draw and end up staying awake at like 2:00 am, affecting my sleep.

these are some of my most favoritest pieces <3 Two of them I finished in these past few days haha

I'm trying to uhh.. learn how to draw men, environments, & streamline my workflow.. & how to tell myself to just FINISH things!

Hi I'm Daniel and I'm drawing Nintendo artworks and other stuff. I really should improve my workflow when it comes to styles. Most of my drawings were created out of experimentation rather than a consistent workflow.
