I think I'm finally getting a workflow in substance painter that I like. Made a simple substance that uses bitmap inputs with some adjustments for most of the layers.

I just released the last update to HardSurface Alphas Vol.2
now with 390 alphas instead of the promised 350. Also added 6 Trim brushes as well as the SP and Toolbag scene files.

Twitter update. Just about finished the textures on this one. Now into Unity to add some particles and get it moving.
Also doing flat colours in substance requires very good masking.
