0/1 Thrull is a welcome reprint only printed twice. First in 2009's Duel Decks: Divine vs. Demonic and then again in Duel Decks Anthology (2014). The 1/1 Thrull introduced in Time Spiral would see it's first actual printing a year later, via Modern Masters 2015.
