左が去年。右が今年
明らかに胸筋がサイズダウン😂
ウェイトが分散してたから縮んでちょうど良くなってたんだなーって気づいた
動きが綺麗なのは右
そこに気づけたことも自分の成長を実感できて嬉しい🥰
まあ服のウェイトと肌のウェイトの違いが相変わらず分からず作り直してるわけですが😂
