@MikeTharme I could do this :) I have one of walking Tyrannosaurus hindlimbs already
I made a few skeletal illustrations for @JohnRHutchinson's review of giant land animal locomotion. Patagotitan is just so ridiculously large and would not fit onto the figure at the same scale as all the others so the tail got chopped 🦕 #SciArt #PalaeoArt https://t.co/4jy7ttMqFQ
Here are some of my technical illustrations I made over the years. I miss drawing & painting with ink and should do this more often again. #SciArt #SciArtTweetStorm
The #PaleoArt chain continues! As #BlueArt was trending earlier mine are (mostly) in blue. #SciArt I tag @BrianEngh_Art @MesozoicMuse @SerpenIllus @franzanth @JoschuaKnuppe https://t.co/56pzRKG6mu
Most surprisingly we found that Euparkeria had a pillar-erect hip articulation. The supra-acetabular rim projected laterally and covered the femoral head to support the body with the limbs in a columnar arrangement. 4/n
New micro-ct scans allowed us to peel back the matrix surrounding the pelvis and limb bones of several specimens of Euparkeria to reveal the bones in unprecedented detail. 3/n
Recently a paper was published titled: Thunder lizard handstands: Manus-only sauropod trackways from the Glen Rose Formation. Well, I couldn't resist to doodle those trackmakers, so here's a super-excited Camarasaur goofing around. #PaleoArt #NotSoSerious https://t.co/VEq1HzSIZ7
