Diamond Dust as it appears in Pokemon Platinum. Diamond Dust can be seen in Generations 4, 5, 6 and 7 on certain days of the year such as holidays, special times of the year, game anniversaries and birthdays.

Despite common misconception, Typhlosion has never lost it’s fire-like quills, but rather pulls them out when aggravated and ready to attack. Similarly to its evolutionary counterparts, it has spots on its back that eject the flames and still appear in game animations
Since Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, at least one species has included a gender difference every generation, with exception to Generation 7. No Pokemon introduced in Sun and Moon and their Ultra counterparts have a gender difference. However, Eevee was given one in Let's Go.
Since the introduction of Pokemon X and Y, Pikachu has used it's anime voice as it's cry in every main series game. Followed by Eevee in Pokemon Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! and Gigantamax Meowth in Pokemon Sword and Shield.
According to a Nintendo Dream Interview, Flygon was intended to get a Mega Evolution, being designed by Ken Sugimori. It never got past the design phase due to art block, it was originally planned to appear in Pokemon X and Y.
Gigantamax Pikachu may be inspired by/pay homage to Pikachu's original sprite design, being rounded in shape and having an elongated tail, the body/face shape also resembles its Pokemon Yellow design.#SwshFacts
