@BlissWallpaper Thanks! The "what you think it looked like, not what it actually did" was sort of my goal. I wanted to get the essence of the look, but there were definitely places I wanted to deviate such as view distances and particle effect density.

While converting the Harrier to the same format as the rest of the planes, I've been updating, optimizing, and adding details to bring it closer the rest of the planes. It was one of the first planes modeled, so the visual felt a bit bland compared to the newer jets. #gamedev
@glowingslab Yes, there's been visible pilots since the beginning. There isn't one in that video for temporary and very in-development reasons.
