@C64TimeLine This wasn't one I ever played. But every time I see a C64 soccer game that looks remotely like this, it just gets me wanting to play International Soccer. ⚽️ 😁
@CrazyCollector1 I loved the 16-bit versions of Ghosts 'n Goblins - especially the Amiga one, which I thought was a bit better. But, at the arcades, Ghouls 'n Ghosts was a marked step up from its predecessor, whereas on the Amiga/ST, the sequel was a marked step *down*. Which was a real shame.
@rexthedogge Lotus II was the Amiga's Outrun. Just a brilliant looking and sounding game. 👍 ..I did haul my TV and Amiga round to a friends place one time to play it via a serial-cable link-up, which was a ton of fun. 😎
The gameplay feels just like the prequel. The players still have that leggy art style to them. The enemies have similar moves, and the platforming action re-visits many of the excellent set-pieces from before. It just feels like we've moved to a more colourful, tropical setting.
@RetroBrothers Rolling Thunder is great fun to play, but it's also a brilliant looking game. It's got its own sense of style. 👍
@C64Reloaded Armalyte was like Shadow of the Beast in the early Amiga days.. It was the game you put on to show off how awesome the C64 was. 👍 But, unlike Beast, there was some awesome underlying gameplay to keep it interesting. 😁
