@jpcwrites But that's not to take away what an excellent game it is.
Love wandering around the forest, interacting with the trees, the animals, and the people. Being able to glide down from the tree-tops is far more fun than it should be. Now where did I put that shuba? 😋
@The_Real_Riggz @GDHCAMERO @RetroVidGaming @C64Reloaded Some C64 games got a speed boost when running on a C128 in C64 mode. Most important to me were Microprose's best flight sim's: Gunship and Project Stealth Fighter. They ran at 2MHz when in the border area, getting around 20% speed boost. Also Test Drive II, which I didn't try.
@JazRignall I love Double Dragon and Operation Wolf.
I spent a good bit of money on those two.
Fortunately we got pretty good versions of Operation Wolf for the C64 and Amiga.. though I'd love it even more with a proper light gun. 😁

@DavidDarling It was a hard game. But that left us continually trying to get "just a little bit further".. 😁 Or wait for those cheats in Zzap!64 and get to have a wee explore, finally. 😉
@CommodoreStuff @000Angus000 F-18 was one of the first two games I ever saw on the Amiga. Such a stunning flight sim.
The other game was Outrun. At the time it was hugely impressive. It hasn't aged quite so well. 😁
@anderszapac @photo_badger @brendanmccallum @C64Reloaded Yeah. Merging all five would be a challenge, I think. You might need a launcher specific to each of Summer, Winter, World, and California games. 🤔 Hand over control to the launcher for that series before launching its game. Handling the sponsors for Cali would need some thought.
