There’s definitely something about landscapes and bodies of water that makes for good picturebook storytelling.

@teachnrh @smithsmm @MissC_1717 @booksfortopics Slight stretch, but this book by Keith Negley discusses why it’s okay to show your feelings, even if you’re a superhero / wrestler / astronaut.
@KookieB9 Cannot go wrong with any of Nicola Davies’ texts - her background is in zoology (and the Really Wild Show!). First book of Animals is also perfect.

@kat_brereton Q1. Remember this series making an impact. First proper meeting with death in a book - up until then reading was safe, characters safe. The final image is seared into my memory. Jupiter was such a menacing villain. Think @Teacherglitter is a fan (?)
