@KatyVaux @PaulWat5 @MrEPrimary @_Reading_Rocks_ @bookwagonuk @BookSuperhero2 First two are fantastic non-fiction, River is a brilliant visual account of a journey down the Hudson River. @KarlDuke8 will have plenty more ideas.
@teacher_mr_r @one_to_read @rcharlesworth @jonnybid @KarlDuke8 @sam_creighton @BethRowe1 @KateHeap1 @karen_wallee @smerchant13 @wishesandstars @HilsRobinson @Martin_Impey Would also suggest @Martin_Impey’s extraordinary illustrated version of the Wilfred Owen “Dulce et Decorum Est”. Powerful stuff. @KarlDuke8 posted all the other books I’ve got.
@pokey_hole @jonnybid This is the the original text but stunningly illustrated. Probably bit tricky text wise...
@EmmaHulme9 @MrBoothY6 @Teacherglitter This is my go to for that kind of assembly...
@MrB_Y3 If you want inspiration for writing a newspaper article... these would be brilliant. They have great moments for pausing and retelling key parts of the story, they have other characters giving viewpoint and they’re full of great incidents. Arthur especially is perfect for this.
I’m a a huge fan of @authorjasonchin, the way he uses his art to explain scientific concepts is brilliant.
“Your Place in the Universe” is probably his best yet, taking us literally on a tour of the universe. Just a brilliant book. #PicturebookPage
@alexandraking79 @toddstanton1 @MrEFinch @PaulWat5 @LTeacher123 @richreadalot @f33lthesun @jonnybid @Mat_at_Brookes @FlyingEyeBooks It’s the latest in this fantastic series of books.
@sophieinspace @Mat_at_Brookes @nadineaishaj @corinneduyvis I’d add this to your list Sophie.
