@FleetSuperior trying to figure out if I can get layers to move AND "break" at the same time so it looks more naturally. it'd be hellish to try and draw the cloak doing this.

it's funny... this came from looking at a pic of Kanji's idle animations in Persona 4 Arena. but I wanna build off of this to animate since I was having an EXTREMELY hard time with the pic I posted yesterday(?)...
