And finally I made the texture bake on Substance painter and I used only the Curvature and AO map to start paint it on 3D coat.
And that's it! just a little love on the marmoset viewer, some lights and cool effects 💫

Texture, the shapes are very simple, they have a normal map sheet that is sculpted by hand, which gives them a stylized/beleved look, then i pass this normal map info into a smart material i created in substance (which i can work on separatly), adding small details/color etc.
