Cleaned up the UVs and setup color nodes, so now I can start tinkering with the procedural textures. I'm still not sure where I'm going on color, scale, placement, etc. I like to move sliders and curves around and see what pops out at me. #b3d #blender3d #bnpr #Cyberpunk

Next experiment: baked Pointiness and Bevel, and using them to adjust factors in eevee toon shader (color, spec, toon size, roughness, IOR) to accentuate the edges in an unrealistic way. Some nice spots, but also some issues due to topology and pointiness #b3d #blender3d #bnpr

Changed up the headset design a bit. The other was a bit too topheavy for this project in the end. This is basically just random greebles, but I wanted a lot of edges for interesting shading+lineart. There's still some funky camera things though. #b3d #blender3d #bnpr
Cybergirl's Headset details coming along. Gotta stick with my theme of having everything be way too high detail. Great shader behavior so far. I just hope I can figure out some line rendering that can handle it! (Inverted Hull won't) #b3d #blender3d #bnpr
Sleeve detailing done. Decided to add the wrist twist to the base topology as that seems to be a common convention. Sticking with the themes established with the boots (although not as many layers, ad I want to finish this some day) #b3d #blender3d #bnpr
Here I am reconciling my higher detail hand with reduced detail arm. Its not great, but the triangles are in places they mostly won't be noticed. I think you'll need more finger loops. Smooth Corrective but only on the underside of the fingers works very well. #b3d https://t.co/TAhsSoK0NP
