Can't remember what I worked with.. I just recall there were more things that I *couldn't* get it working on, so it was put away and forgotten. I had much more luck recently with emulation, and being able to switch to any mouse model. 😁

@sincespacies I really do like computer Pinball games.. But I worry that, if I dare to go beyond the old Amiga games, I won't have any time left in my schedule for, like, eating and sleeping.. 😁

@EveryUKNo1Game It's the nice thing with these games that have a real-world analogue. People can go "oh, that's just a sliding block puzzle game", and think they know how it works. Then they find the cracked-blocks and a bomb or two. 😁

My only gripe: I think they ramp up the number of cracked tiles too quickly. I cheated the second time round, so I could visit all the boards, and the final one was almost tedious until the edges were filled out. But in all other respects, a stunning game. 👍

There's the time-pressure to complete the puzzle, but the cracked-tiles and sliding gates can help mess up your strategy. And then there's the occasional bomb that pops into the board, just when you are least prepared to deal with it. (Hence the water tile I often keen around) 😁

Back to the C64 for another test for the Hyperkin Trooper joystick. Split Personalities, which is a quick-paced sliding-block puzzle game that really gets the adrenaline going. (I wasn't much for puzzle games, but this one is *fast* .. lots to do with constant time pressure.) 👍

I like that whole horizontal-lines shading that’s come into vogue of late. (See IK-Ultimate for a completely different example) It’s got a look to it that I just like. 😁

@shieladixon @C64Reloaded @hexan2 No, it’s just a normal light-red colour. Aka: pink, but commodore liked to call it light-red. 😁 Most of the boxers were this colour. But in the knock-out competition they seemed to mix it up a bit.

Loved it's Blade Runner or 2000AD future feel of the world.
I never got very far, but I found lots of entertaining ways to fail. 😋
