@TheGavNinja @C64Reloaded But then we got Blackwyche which just didn't grab me. It was like Entombed in a mediocre setting. And too many traps that can't be seen. 🤔 And then they released Outlaws, and we were like "these guys have lost their mojo." 😐 I'm not sure if we even checked out Dragonskulle..
@TheGavNinja @C64Reloaded 😁
Staff of Karnath is one that I saw early on in my C64 days, so I did start off really liking the Pendragon games. And Entombed I thought was pretty cool, especially once I had the Zzap64 maps. I made it a fair way through Karnath, and did complete Entombed (with energy cheat.)
@C64TimeLine The Amiga version of Buggy Boy is the pretty one .. but the C64 version really has the best gameplay. 👍 It's just really an excellent conversion.
@Lord_Arse Nice. 👍
Ultima II on the Apple II was the very first time I ever saw an Ultima game, and I was hooked then. 😁 By the time it came time for Ultima V, I had a C128. Slow to load, but good Kenneth Arnold music. 🎵
@sincespacies Elevator Action! Nice choice. 👍
That's one of my absolute favourites, together with ..
[tube panic, bank panic, karate champ, time pilot]
@utd16bit @newIapetus When I had my Vic-20, and saw this on demo at the local computer shop, it was a good reminder of how much more capable the C64 was. 👍
@stvnormansays @gamesyouloved Popeye does look cool too .. in its own, very Popeye kinda way.
