Finally found a way to turn the super high poly hair mesh into a mid poly while keeping the same, general shape of it. For the high poly model, I can bake the details of the hp mesh into the lp mesh, while I'll just give the non-baked lp mesh to this model, lol.

For the high poly version of this character, her clothes will have extra details like frills and jewelry. I've been making it piece by piece, until the frills, I've been going through a lot of trial and error trying to get those frills to look right. D:
