I've always been a HUGE fan of the HBO show The Wire and this WIP is my first attempt to make a likeness of Bubbles, easily one of my favorite characters.

did some more proportioning and can see that:
-The shoulders are too big
-The upper legs are too slim
-The head is still too big
-the chest front needs to be more spread out
-The waist skirt needs to be bigger
