Ending up being a VERY long day... but I'm finally almost done. Had to use a combination of planar and mesh method for the hair, but it turned out alright!

Got the base model of Dr. Robotnik (AoStH) done! Going to texture it.

aaaand back to assets. I'm torn on sticking exactly to a snap-to-grid look (16x16), increasing the res, or just letting things be a little off here and there.
